The following is our standard fee schedule:
Telephone Consultations
Wayne offers an initial 10-15 minute confidential phone consultation at no cost to you. In our phone consultation, Wayne will explain our legal services and associated fees while assessing your legal needs.
In-person Consultations
Wayne also offers an initial 1 hour confidential in-person consultation at a competitive and reasonable rate. The in-person consultation fee is due at the start of the consultation. Wayne will credit the initial in-person consultation fee against work later completed, making the initial in-person consultation free to subsequent clients.
Retainer Fees, Hourly Rate, Flat-fees
After assessing your legal needs, Wayne will arrange for a reasonable retainer fee. The retainer will be deposited into the firm's client trust account and will be used to pay costs and expenses and fees for legal services. Any unused deposit at the conclusion of my services will be refunded.
Wayne offers a highly competitive and reasonable hourly rate or flat-fee depending on the nature and complexity of the legal services provided. Please contact me now for a fee quote.
